Or attempt to avoid it all together. In this series of workshops Christine Hamilton and I work with you to explore the inner world of retirement, beyond practical things and expensive distractions, to look at how we prepare for a self-created life.

It can be a shock when our parents become weaker, less able, or ill. It’s a shock for them too. These sessions focus on how we can adjust to the changes in the relationships with ourselves and our elders as we transition through this stage of life.
